His lips reminded me of a match,
the way they ignited something in me
when they collided with mine.
The way his fingertips reminded me
of a cold winter breeze

as they traced my body in motions
As he reminded me of something
I had once forgotten
while we wrapped ourselves
around each other
in a way we couldn’t ever forget.
